General terms and conditions Iberocamper Gift Vouchers

1. De cadeaubon kan uitsluitend ingewisseld worden ter betaling van de camperhuur uit het aanbod van Iberocamper (Spanjecamper, s.l.)
2. De cadeaubon wordt uitgegeven door Iberocamper – Spanjecamper, s.l.
3. Each gift certificate is by name and has a unique code. It is possible to pass voucher to someone else. In that case we need to change the name and create a new gift certificate. Request for change can only be made in writing and is free of charge.
4. Upon receipt of payment, your voucher will be mailed to you within 24 hours.
5. The gift certificate is not redeemable in cash.
6. The gift certificate is valid for 3 years from issue date
7. The value of the gift certificate will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
8. Payment for the gift certificate can be made online using Ideal, Visa or MasterCard or in advance by bank transfer
9. The gift certificate includes the recipient's name, validity date and a unique activation code.
10. In case of loss or theft of the voucher, you should notify us by return so that we can cancel it. In this case, we will send you a new voucher based on the data of the original voucher.
11. Disputes will be handled exclusively under Spanish law in the Malaga District Court.
